To book your appointment we use Setmore, an online appointment scheduling calendar software, to book and manage appointments. This process is much efficient not only for you, but also for us. You can access Setmore by downloading the app or by selecting it on our Official Photos Booking Page.
In 2024, we are bringing our photo studio to the base and within your own unit! If you are in need of just a few official photos or have a need for your whole unit to have official photos, book your appointment on www.activedutyphotos.com and we will bring our entire studio to you! We will use our gray vinyl background for head & shoulder photoshoots and if needed we have available the white vinyl background for full length photos. We will use all of our professional lighting, camera, and 4’x 6’ American Flag specially draped to give every person within your unit a professional photo military presentation that will be highly notable.
Onsite 2 to 5 People Official Photography 2-½ hours
Onsite 6 to 12 People Official Photography 3-½ hours
Onsite 13 to 24 People Official Photography 4 hours
Onsite 25 to 40 People Official Photography 6-½ hours
In order to do this, we will need a space the size of a small garage (for example: section of a hanger, conference room or empty room) with electrical access. Set up takes less than 30 minutes and the photography time depends on the number of people that are in need of an official photo. The charge is $60 per person. We accept GPC’s and individuals can pay by credit card onsite. Before beginning the photoshoot, we will gather member information (Rank, Name, Military Email, and Personal Email). Photos and receipts will be sent out within three working days. But if you are in a time crunch, let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
